on Regulations :

advise on the application of the CDM Regulations to your project,
and explain your duties and obligations under the Regulations |

Notification
:

We
issue the relevant notices to the authorities at the appropriate
times |

Competence
:

We
can advise on the competence of designers and of the adequacy
of their provision for Health and Safety. We promote co-operation
between designers on Health and Safety aspects at all times |

Health
and Safety Information Document :
|
We
prepare the Initial Stage Health and Safety Plan for your project,
to send to the contractors |

Contractors :
|
We
can advise on the competence of the proposed contractors in
Health and Safety matters, and advise on the adequacy of the
contractor's response in respect of Health and Safety
|
|
Construction
Phase :
|
We
encourage the contractors to up-date their Construction Phase
Health and Safety Plan during the construction period
|
|
Health
and Safety Files :
|
We
work with the contractors and designers to prepare the Health
and Safety Files for the project, for your records and for future
reference |
